| Bio: | I never thought I would ever have my own journal, I have always enjoyed reading other journals instead (especially my daughters)! However, I never thought I would be taken to court over Solar Panels in the year 2006 either! Yes, the year of Foreign oil, high fuel prices, and Global Warming. I live in Arizona, which sometimes I think the motto should be “leave me alone – I have a gun!” This is the land of Goldwater, Senator McCain, the world’s toughest Sheriff - Joe Arpaio, and so much personal freedom that you can ride your motorcycle with no helmet – if you are so inclined. I’m not, but I gave up my Harley years ago. So image my surprise when the HOA (Home Owners Association) retained a lawyer and is threatening ME with legal action if I don’t remove the Solar Panels from my detached shop. So after retaining a lawyer myself I am now girded for my battle against the MAN! Just a little about myself. I am a bald headed, 53 year old guy, whose hair is gray and normally very laid back. I am a consultant/contractor and doing software testing from time to time. This Journal is dedicated to my current battle with the HOA. It may change over time as things progress – only time will tell. | |||||||
